The pretty holiday home is located in a quiet idyllic beach location in the popular bathing and holiday resort of Podgora. Podgora is located on the Makarska Riviera, only about 9 km southeast of the city of the same name.

The well -groomed child -friendly pebble beach with showers and changing rooms is right in front of the house. The section of the beach is lined with many palm trees and shady cookies to relax. To a few hundred meters away, the center with typical Mediterranean flair and a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops leads a promenade along the sea bank. Here you will also find doctors, a pharmacy, banks, cinema, post and the like.

The likeable holiday home with its wrought-iron balconies offers 6 holiday apartments for 2-5 people on 2 floors. All rental units are nicely decorated and each have their own balcony, which can be reached from both rooms of the apartment. Except for the apartments A3 and A6, everyone has a wonderful sea view. In addition, all rental units are equipped with satellite TV in the bedroom and one air conditioning per room. There is a barbecue option in the courtyard area, as well as 6 paid parking spaces for cars. Boat owners will be happy about the small boat harbor, where you can always get a boat jetty for little money even without a reservation.

Arrival and arrival can also be made in coordination with existing bookings during the week. Very small pets up to 5 kg of weight can be brought with you on request. The friendly landlords speak excellently French and English. The apartments will be rented from June to September in the summer months. Flying traders with boats come to the beach, including freshly caught fish, poultry and eggs. This also creates a village charm that makes the vacation here even more loving.
