The beautiful holiday home with 2 apartments, each for 4+2 people, is situated in a quiet, secluded location in the holiday resort of Medulin, approx. 2 km from the sea. The villa can also be rented as a whole. The two rental units on the ground floor and first floor each have 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, an eat-in kitchen and their own furnished terrace. Amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, private parking and air conditioning.

The holiday home offers its guests a courtyard/garden use, a barbecue grill and sun loungers.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Pet are allowed.

A large private pool 9.70 x 4.80 m is currently under construction and will be completed by summer 2024. It will be accessible at ground level and will have a beach-like section.

Das Haus bietet im unteren Teil viel Platz für vier bis fünf Personen Man hält sich ja vorwiegend draußen auf. Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz und ist wirklich schön,.praktisch mit Hund. Der große Swimmingpool ist klasse gerade wenn man das Meer nicht vor der Tür hat. Abends und in der Nacht ist es wunderbar still und dunkel. Im Umkreis gibt es viel zu erkunden,Medulin selbst fanden wir zu turistisch. Das Bad ist sehr klein,aber für einen Urlaub ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr..
