Apartment Lorena Premium is situated in a newly built residential building in the very centre of Porec and only 50-100 m nearby are the fresh market, ATM, restaurant, cafes and other facilities. The next beach is less than 10 minutes’ walk away. The high level of equipment with luxurious furniture and high-class windows ensure a quiet and comfortable holiday.
The house has an elevator and included in the price is also a parking space in the garage and place for bike storage.

Poreč

Porec, following Rovinj and Pula, is the most important city on the west coast of the Croatian peninsula of Istria and has around 16,700 inhabitants.
