The villa is located in a closed street with a few houses, surrounded by a pine forest and the chirping of birds, next to the Grand Hotel Park. You can get everywhere on foot in a few minutes: supermarket, ATM and restaurant are 150m from the house, centre, sea and bus station 400m from the house, airport 30km.

Villa, independent, surrounded by a garden where there is a barbecue with stone table and benches. In the courtyard there is a small house with laundry (washing machine, dryer, ironing board) and fitness corner with equipment.

Pets are welcome, next to the entrance to the apartments there is water where you can wash your dog, and a basket with towels to dry them.

The apartments are located on the second floor, accessible via stairs, equipped with free high-speed internet, air conditioning, marble heating panels, satellite dish, safe and key box. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, tablecloth, cloths, dishwashing liquid. The bedrooms are equipped with cotton bed linen, mattresses and pillows are memory foam, they are carefully washed and disinfected every year, pillows are changed every 3-5 years and mattresses every 8-10 years. The floors in the kitchen and bedroom are natural wood.

The bathroom is equipped with shower cabins, hairdryer, cotton towels (large/medium/small) per person. Soap. The floor is ceramic.

The terraces are covered and equipped with garden furniture and cushions.
