Built in 2009, this attractive holiday home is located in the tranquil resort of Zambratija, only about 5 km north of Umag, on the northernmost tip of Istria. The holiday house offers on the ground floor 3 equivalent family apartments for 3-5 persons each. A beautiful green garden with lawns and beautiful Mediterranean plants surround the house and shank a cozy atmosphere. There are 6 free parking spaces available directly at the house. For a small, flat in the sea sloping, so ideal for families with children klenieren suitable, sandy beach is just 50 m. Extensive rocky beaches directly adjoin this sandy beach section. Approximately 200 m further there is another small sandy beach section.

All 3 apartments each have a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together. In the eat-in kitchen are in every app. a TV-sofa bed for 1-2 persons as well as a dining table for 4 persons and the small useful kitchen. The living area has satellite TV and air conditioning is available. The bathrooms are large and partly accessible for the disabled. A partly covered balcony terrace with sea views is also part of each apartment. All apartments also have Wifi Internet.

Pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed only on the terraces, not in the apartments. Towels are not provided. Bed linen is available. The young friendly homeowner lives in the house and is available for questions in English and Italian.
