Description of the rental unit
This cozy apartment with its size of 41.41 m² is located in the center of Lovran. Its rooms are not exposed to the noise because they are on the ground floor and face the Sea. The Distance from the beach is only 30m, at the same distance as the children’s beach. Furthermore, you can find the the beach for pets at the distance of 1000m from the apartment.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The living room has a TV with satellite dish, corner sofa (where two additional people can sleep) and a closet. Dining room with a separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with the stove and the stove nent (electricity + gas), refrigerator, as well as with the coffee machine adn electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. At the entrance you can find a table with chairs where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Furthermore, you have a garden with a barbecue at your disposal.
