The beautiful house is located in the Kvarner bay in the resort Lovran and is only about 30m from the sea.

Description of the rental unit

Modern apartment at a peaceful location, which is only 50m away from the beach. The 57m² apartment Lovran has two bedrooms. The first one has a double bed and the other one a single bed. In addition, the living room has a TV with satellite receiver, air condition and a couch that can be used as an additional bed. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with integrated kitchen appliances including a coffee machine, toaster, water boiler and an electric oven. Last but not least the apartment has a clean and nice bathroom.

Finally, there is a big garden that can be used for barbecuing and relaxing in a peaceful area. Furthermore, the apartment is well suited for families with children or pets as there are special beaches for both at the close distance to the apartment. The location of apartments is excellent. Just 50m from the city centre and to the nearest beach, 10m to the next super market, 70m to the bus station and 30m to the closest pharmacy.

Super Lage aber sehr schmutzig

Sauberkeit: Wenn man die Wohnung betritt riecht es sehr unangenehm. Man erkennt sofort, dass die Wohnung nicht geputzt und höchstens grob ausgefegt wurde. Das die Wohnung nicht Top renoviert ist, ist für das Preissegment in Ordnung. Falsche Aussagen: Wir haben für 3 Personen reserviert. In der Anzeige stand, dass es 2 seperate Schlafzimmer gibt. Nur deswegen habe ich die Wohnung ausgewählt. Als wir angekommen sind, mussten wir feststellen, dass es nur ein Schlafsofa(defekt) im durchgangs Wohnzimmer gab. Außerdem waren nur 2 Betten bezogen. Das dritte Bett mussten wir selbst her richten (die Bettwäsche noch suchen). Der private Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit aus der Anzeige war nicht vorhanden. Außerdem stand in der Anzeige, das ein kleines Ruderboot vorhanden ist. Dieses gab es nicht mehr. Lage: Perfekte Lage in direkter Nähe zum Meer, mit gepflegten Liegeplätzen zwischen den Felsen. Eine schöne Gartenanlage mit Spielplatz, Tischtennisplatten und Strandbar. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Ich würde diese absotut Wohnung weiter empfehlen, wenn sich die Sauberkeit sehr verbessert und die Anzeige berichtigt wird.

answer: Poštovani, u apartmanu A-7 postoje 2 spavaće sobe. Vrt sa roštiljem više nemam. Ja imam vlastiti brod . Ne znam o čemu oni pričaju? Možda o najmu ili? Lp.
