Beautiful, quiet holiday home with 3 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms. The house is located in Rogoznica between Sibenik and Split in an idyllic outskirts, only 60 m from the sea. The BLUE apartment is on the first floor and the RED apartment is on the second floor. The YELLOW apartment on the ground floor. Each apartment has two separate bedrooms, kitchen with living room, bathroom with shower and toilet and a large terrace. The Blue and Red Apartments also offer sea views. All apartments are air-conditioned, offer satellite TV, free WiFi and a secured parking space. In the garden there is a barbecue area for social evenings. The washing machine of the friendly owner can be used by arrangement. Bicycles can be rented. The owners have a boat that can be used for excursions. The beaches in the area consist of pebbles and are partly rocky.
