The beautiful stone house is located in the tranquil resort of "Lumbarda", about 7 km from Korcula town, on the Dalmatian island of the same name. Lumbarda is known for its idyllic landscape of vineyards, the beautiful sandy beaches and the surrounding crystal clear sea. Korcula itself is one of the sunniest and lushest islands in the Mediterranean, and in addition to its countless hidden bays offers a lot of leisure, excursion and sightseeing opportunities. The beautiful, only about 250 m² holiday home offers 3 apartments on 2 floors and a 400 m² outdoor area with üpigger Mediterranean plants. Directly in front of the house a flat sloping into the sea sandy beach, which is particularly suitable for small children for swimming. You can park directly in front of the house in the Sachgasse which opens up the quarter. The friendly landlords also live in the house and are available for questions and suggestions of all kinds. A small restaurant with an outdoor terrace is connected, so you can have breakfast here or enjoy the gastronomic offer of the house in the evening. The owners are in addition to their property as landlords and restaurateurs and fishermen. An in-house boat available, with which you are interested in tours to the offshore island archipelago. If you want to bring your boat, there are free boat berths in the immediate vicinity (eye contact). All 3 apartments are modernly furnished, do not have satellite TV. The DG apartment has air conditioning. The unique location right in a quiet bay with beautiful views of the sea, the offshore islands and the opposite mountainous peninsula Peljesac provides a suitable setting for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor area including barbecue is available to guests of the house free of charge. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. The washing machine of the landlord may be shared. The entire tourist infrastructure is located in walking distance with a maximum duration of 5 minutes, whether you want to pizzeria, for swimming, for shopping or to the bank.
