All apartments and rooms are air-conditioned and have satellite TV. The apartments all have their own washing machine. Only the lower apartment on the garden level has no sea view because the vegetation blocks the view, but it therefore has a very spacious shaded terrace. The 3-storey house has an approximately 350 m² outdoor area on the shady parking, a vegetable garden, a summer kitchen and shady spots to linger and a laundry room. The summer kitchen has a large barbecue that is accessible to all guests. The friendly landlords also offer home-made products such as wine, brandy and a liqueur called "Prosek".
