The modern apartment house with 14 rental units is located in the popular bathing and holiday resort of Duce, only about 2 km west of Omis and about 25 km east of Split and thus in the heart of Dalmatia, only 50 meters from the most popular sandy beach within a wide radius of the house , From most of the apartments, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the island of Brac. The apartments A4 and B4 have no sea view but a cozy and shaded terrace. The apartments A5 and B5 have both a terrace and a lateral balcony with MB. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and free WIFI. A small pet can be brought for free per apartment. There are various restaurants and cafes, as well as some shopping opportunities, within a radius of 150m.
