Property description

This quiet holiday home with 5 apartments and apartments for 2-4 persons is located 600 meters from the center of Nins in North Dalmatia and about 15 km from Zadar. It has a large garden with a barbecue and outdoor shower. There is a large common furnished terrace. Guests can use free parking and Wi-Fi internet access. All accommodations have air conditioning, a cozy living area with kitchen, dining table and seating area and satellite TV. Each apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. All rental units also have their own furnished balcony. The nearest sand beach is only 1.5 km away and offers a diving school and a water sports rental as well as a windsurfing school. The owners can organize a shuttle service and day trips to nearby national parks. The nearest restaurant is 200 meters away, a grocery store 300 meters. A football and basketball court is only 500 meters away. The local bus stop is 200 meters away. There are connections to Zadar where there are many sights and a 3000 year old city to admire. The airport Zadar is 20 km.

Schönes Apartment

Das Apartment ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, wir wurden am 1 Tag sogar mit leckerem Gebäck begrüßt. Leider versteht sie weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Für die 3. Person gibt es leider nur ein Klappbett, aber auch das war kein großes Problem. Ruhige Ortsrandlage, aber alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub...
