The guests of the house do not need to use a car during their stay because everything important is nearby, both day and night.

For the two identical studios in the 1st and 2nd floor and the two same apartments for 4 persons each in the 1st and 2nd floor, no specific rental unit can be booked. As all rental units on the upper floors offer sea views, the allocation will be subject to availability.
