The approximately 300 meter long North Beach - often referred to by the locals as "Badel beach" - is a beautiful, gently sloping into the sea, pebbled beach. Located at its edges are concrete and grass covered paved areas. It is surrounded to the north by scattered, shade-donating trees while there is virtually no natural shade in the main southern part. In addition, there are beach chair and umbrella rentals and showers on the beach. The Beach Bar Chupacabra provides cooling refreshments. The bar is located right on the beach and is open in the peak season from eight clock in the morning to two clock at night. On the beach there are also sanitary facilities and paid public parking situated directly adjacent of the beach.
