1.8 kilometers north from the town center is a beach next to the car campsite of Njivice, which is divided into pebbled, rocky and concrete sections. In shallow water you can swim on a stony seabed, which is why slippers would be advantageous. Surrounding trees provide plenty of shade on hot days or when you simply forgot to bring a parasol. Some leisure facilities, such as a playground and tennis courts can be found at the campsite. There is also a pizzeria, showers and sanitary facilities. A lounge under the trees makes for relaxing moments on the beach. At the edge of the beach, an official naturist section for visitors has been established.
