Since Milna is a port city, the local beach here is not located in the center of the bay but 1.4 km to the northwest. The 250 meter long Bijaka Beach has something for everyone's bathing habits with its pebbled, concrete and rocky sections. While the elderly, young children and non-swimmers prefer the gently sloping pebbled shores, older children tend to enjoy jumping from the bathing plateaus into the cool water. It is advised to take caution of the rocks scattered throughout in the water. The beach is lined by a shady pine forest that provides guests with much welcomed shade. Above the beach there is a rarely traveled, one-way road where you will find a beach bar, changing rooms and a public toilet. More Restaurants and cafés are located around the small marina.
