Beach Blace - Limuni Bay

Most idyllically framed by a dense pine forest, the sandy Blace Beach lies in the Limuni Bay just to the southeast of Saplunara, about 600 meters from the center. Similar to the other stretches of coastline on the east coast of the Mljet Island, this beach has a sandy sea bottom and gently sloping shores, so you have to go a few meters into the sea before you can swim. For small children and non-swimmers, the shallow water is ideal. The shallow beach is ideal for playing picigin. Sports and bathing necessities, however, need to be brought along. There is, although, a rental for umbrellas and lounge chairs. Snacks and drinks are sold at the beach café.
