Copacabana is the most famous and the most popular beach in Okrug Gornji. It stretches itself out close to the center north of the small harbor. Pebbles cover the land portion, while the sea-bottom is often rocky. In shallow, small child-friendly shores you are still able to swim well. Showers, toilets, changing rooms, parasol and lounge chair rentals and various sports facilities (including water skiing, jet skiing, motor-boating) make the beach very popular. Ample parking can be found on the road, as well as a variety of restaurants and shops. Since the Copacabana stretches along the waterfront promenade, the 2-km long beach always takes part in the city's events and is a popular meeting place in the evenings.
