The small town is located on a beautiful, natural beach which is within walking distance. The pebbled beach has concrete plateaus that facilitate entering the sea. A waterfront promenade that is equipped with some park benches runs along the beach and is very inviting for long walks. Scattered here and there are generously large lawns shaded by trees. The tranquil bay is never very busy, so you can spend many relaxing, quiet days here. Nobody here feels as if they are a famous sardine in a can, but will instead enjoy the sublime feeling of aloneness. Furthermore, the beach slopes very gently into the sea and is, therefore, ideally suited for families with small children. The beach is equipped with changing rooms and a beach bar. If you walk about 900 meters along the beach, you will come to the lofty, naturally created rocky plateaus of the Punta promontory.
