To the northwest, on the other side of the Mali Zaglav Peninsula, is the Bay of Istruga that is known for its healing mud. The very shallow shores are not only enjoyed by tourists seeking wellness, but especially by young children and non-swimmers. Here you can spend many relaxing hours amongst the pine trees while the little ones dig in the beach's fine sand. In the deeply cut Bay of Istruga, there is also the sports center of Brna, where you can enjoy activities including volleyball, tennis and ping-pong. Public toilets, as far as it is known, are not available. There is, however, a small restaurant serving Dalmatian cuisine on the Istruga Beach that provides for the guests' physical well-being.
