The bathing Bay of Maslinica is located 2.5 km southwest of the city center near the ferry landing. Maslinica is well- known as being a beautiful sandy beach with very shallow shores and is appreciate by families with small children and non-swimmers. The beach is located off the main road and is, therefore, embedded in an idyllic setting. By car, however, you can drive up to the beach directly. There is also disabled parking available. There is otherwise no other infrastructure to be found on the Maslinica Beach. It is therefore recommended to pack umbrellas, bathing accessories, as well as food and drinks.
