Beach Poljana

There are small beaches extending along the whole coast of Poljana that consist of pebbles, stones, concrete bathing plateaus and cliffs- from which one can jump into the crystal clear water. The beaches are especially suitable for swimmers and adults. The beaches are generally equipped with showers and changing rooms. On the beach side are the many benches and pines donating their shade. On the eastern shore of the harbor there are large basketball and handball courts and a ping-pong table. Around the harbor there are cafés and restaurants. Families with young children should head towards the beaches in the surrounding villages. For example, the gently sloping, sandy Jaz Beach in the neighboring town of Preko is very popular and family-friendly.
