Behind Slatine's fishing port you will find the Porat coastline, a beautiful natural stone and finely pebbled beach with small, child-friendly shores, stretching itself out. The sea is very shallow as you go a few meters in, so that children can comfortably stand near the shore. The beach is easily reached after a short stroll and is separated from the promenade by a row of sparse trees. Parasols can not be rented. The beach is equipped with showers and changing rooms. Located along the road there are several restaurants and cafés where you can refresh yourself. More restaurants and shops can be found in the center. As you go further north, the coast becomes more rough and quiet, which in turn promises more restful bathing pleasures.
