In the Pupnat Bay located on the southern side of the Island of Korcula, lies the island's most arguably beautiful beach. Nestled in an idyllic, dreamily enchanting, deeply indented bay surrounded by dense pine forests and impressive, steep mountains, you feel as if you have entered paradise. The pure nature and the absence of significant buildings creates a unique sense of seclusion, tranquility and relaxation. The beach can be quickly reached as it is situated only 9 km from Zavalatica and 15 km away of the town of Korcula. Buses to the Pupnat Bay leave two times a day from Korcula. Traveling by car, scooter or bicycle is just as possible. Sufficient enough parking is available directly on the beach.

This finely pebbled beach, which is popular, especially among peace-seekers, romantics and families, shelves quite gently into the sea and is therefore suitable for children and non-swimmers. It becomes rock and shady towards the edges of the bay. At the beach, you will find beach umbrella and lounge chair rentals and a toilet. The family-run Mijo Restaurant situated above the beach provides a cozy atmosphere made of stone and wood, as well as tasty Dalmatian fish and grilled meat dishes.
