On the northeastern shore of the old town island of Kopara, above a small headland, you will find the Racice Beach that has pebbled and concrete sections. Although the beach seems a bit steep in places, the shore does indeed go shallowly into the crystal clear sea. At the concrete swimming plateaus, you will find steps to help you enter into the sea. The beach is located 1 km away from the mainland and is far from the noise of the street since it can only be reached via a footpath. Going north, the beach becomes more lonely- ideal for romantic couples. This popular beach, especially with families, also has a water slide and a protected swimming area.
