Beach Rota

The Rota Beach is very close to the center of Postira, on the east side of the harbor bay. The small pebbled beach extends beneath the well-developed waterfront promenade, which has park benches that invite you to take a break. The newly created local beach with its gently sloping shores is ideal for families with small children and non-swimmers. Leisure activities such as water-skiing and pedal boats are not available on Rota Beach. Shops, restaurants and cafés are located in the surrounding area. There are no shade giving plants to be found on the beach and there is also no umbrella rental service known. It is therefore advisable to bring sun protection. Showers, toilets and changing rooms are also not available.
