In the bay sharing the name of its beach, Rovenska, the beach sits in direct proximity to the breakwaters of Veli Losinj. Due to its proximity to the city center (about 600 meters northeast), the flat shore and the small, shady forest, this beach is popular with families. On the rock and concrete sections, stairs lead guests easily into the water. The bottom is mostly rocky but flat. Facilities such as showers, toilets and changing rooms are available. In the evening, Rovenska beach is a popular meeting place for young people who have planned a night out at the beach bar. In addition, there is a newspaper stand open during the day.
