Immediately below the little Church of Sumpetar there is a beautiful pebbled beach bordered by residential and apartment buildings and a few shade-giving trees with benches. Along the road there is some parking. A glance towards the southeast overlooks the sailing ships moored in the harbor or those just about to take off on an excursion. For the safety of all swimmers, the swimming area is separated. The gently sloping shores, which are solely encompassed by the southern harbor pier, provide a comfortable transition into the sea. Public toilets, showers or parasol and lounge chair rentals are not known of. At the port, however, you will find a well-frequented restaurant.
