Duba

The village of Duba is located on the southern Dalmatian mainland coast along the course of the Neretva River, a few kilometers south of Blace. This peaceful coastal settlement, in which there are few private accommodations, has a beautiful mountain backdrop of verdant cliffs. Here you will find paths for leisurely walks or bike rides. Since the leisure offers in Duba are far and wide, it is recommended to bring your own mountain bikes or to borrow them from the neighboring villages.

In the bay's northern cliffs there is an old military bunker, which can be explored by boat. Between the few new buildings, there are little significant attractions that would make Duba a town for culture lovers. Duba is primarily known for its  beautiful bay, where you will find a long pebbled and sandy beach. Many tourists and visitors from the neighboring villages like to refresh themselves here in this secluded location at the foot of the pine forest. During the high season, canoes and pedal boats can be rented. The nearest shops and restaurants can be found in Blace and Komarna.
