Mastrinka is a cozy resort on the Island of Ciovo, situated directly before the central Dalmatian town of Trogir. Located amidst the scenery of the Mediterranean islands, the town of Mastrinka offers visitors a wide selection of  beaches and coastlines to bathe in. Home to 940 inhabitants, Mastrinka has grown to be in very close proximity to the neighboring village of Arbanija and, therefore, is very close to the coast. Between palm trees and rhododendrons, the homes and holiday apartments sit upon a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea and Trogir on the mainland. Towards Arbanija, you will find some restaurants and shops where everything you need for a holiday can be found.

Although Mastrinka is not a young town, you still will not find many historical buildings. On the way to the neighboring village of Arbanija, you should make the worthwhile visit to the old monastery of Sveti Kriz, which is adjacent to the coast. In the 15th century, when they built this Gothic monastery, they wanted to protect themselves from the Turks. Other interesting attractions are located not far away in Trogir, which is  directly connected to the Island of Ciovo via a bridge.
