Seline, a small resort in a unique landscape – as the mountains and sea coalesce in a fascinating way in this region of North Dalmatia. The 450 inhabitants of this tourist resort live on the slopes of the massive Velebit Mountains, which make this town the ideal starting point for excursions into the mountainous hinterlands of the Paklenica National Park or a trip along the Croatian coastal highway towards Zadar and Sibenik. Given its mountainous landscape, a holiday in Seline can be planned around lots of diverse activities: hiking, climbing, sailing and water skiing. In the mountainous hinterlands there are numerous routes for cycling tours and good hiking trails. A popular spot for tourists and locals alike is the small Marina of Seline where small fishing boats sway in the waters in front of the picturesque mountain scenery. Restaurants and cafés in the town are within easy walking distance, as are the long pebbled beaches where you will find rest.

In Seline there are no officially marked dog or nude beaches, but there are wild beach areas in both directions when leaving the town - often rocky and undeveloped - which are ideal for these purposes.
