The pretty holiday home is located in a quiet, idyllic beach location in the popular seaside and holiday resort of Podgora. Podgora is located on the Makarska Riviera, just about 9 km southeast of the town of the same name.

The well-kept, child-friendly pebble beach with showers and changing rooms is located directly below the house. A staircase leads from the sloping garden area with many terraced levels directly down to the beach. There is also an outdoor grill with tables and seating on one of the shaded terraces. Here you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy your holiday in a relaxed manner, for example with delicious food from the grill and a good glass of wine.

The beach in front of the house is lined with palm trees and shady spots to relax. The promenade with a typical Mediterranean flair and its wide range of restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities leads along the beach directly past the property. Here you will also find doctors, a pharmacy, banks, cinema, post office and the like.

You can choose from a large holiday apartment for 4-6 people with 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, 2 bathrooms and a large panoramic terrace with great beach and sea views, as well as an apartment for 2+2 people in a small extension with a separate bedroom, living area with attached kitchen a curved balcony terrace with great sea views. Both rental units also offer satellite TV and air conditioning. A Wi-Fi internet connection is also available.

Boat owners will be pleased with the boat dock. Due to the dense development, the parking lot is approx. 200-300 m away from the house. Bicycles are also available. A laundry facility is available.
