This recently built house is idyllically situated in the quiet fishing village of Vinisce between Primosten and Trogir in Dalmatia and offers on two floors two separate rental units, but only as a unit are rented. There are 2 bedrooms in each apartment, so the house is ideal for 8 people. The ground floor apartment is 53 m², the apartment on the first floor 63 m². The nearest neighbor is 40m away so that a high level of privacy is guaranteed. The apartment on the first floor is air conditioned, very spacious and comfortably furnished. It enjoys a magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Vinisce. It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, hall, kitchen and a large living room. From the bedroom you get to a balcony of 4 m² and from the living area there is access to the large terrace of 12 m². In the northern part of the house is a barbecue terrace, which is shared with the lower apartment. The apartment on the ground floor is also air conditioned but rustically furnished. It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. From the living room leads to a shaded terrace. In Vinisce there are 4 restaurants and as many cafes. It is possible to rent a boat. The area is blessed with many idyllic bays (such as Voluja, Ljubljeva, ...) that you want to explore.
